There are many ways to contribute and make a difference ! Here is a summary of the principal ones.

You can give time : Help residents, spread the word…

Helping people is important to us. OpenSimulator allows people to access and enjoy virtual worlds for free.

If you wish to give some time helping people, feel free to look the forums for unanswered questions, or connect to the chat. You can also be present whenever you wish on the Welcome region inworld to greet new commers and bring them help eventually. New World Grid is community where residents help each other. And, spread the word !

You can share : Builds, scripts, lessons, conferences…

Residents may enjoy to share their builds or their scripts with you. You can find residents’ freebies inworld. Give and receive !

If you wish to organize an event and you don’t have virtual space, we will be happy to provide you with a free place to host your events and eventually a region depending on the nature of the event.

You can give money : Region rentals, sponsoring, donations…

New World Grid is a nonprofit organization and runs on funds and contributions from sponsors and region rentals benefits or individuals’ donations.

Consider making a punctual donation if you like what we are doing at New World and find it is useful. It will help paying servers to provide you with free voice and other useful features inworld.

You can also consider making monthly donations by renting land. You will be the owner of virtual land. This is a great way to contribute because, even if we are a nonprofit, we need money to pay our service provider monthly for servers.

If you are an organization or a business and you wish to support us on a medium term or a long term basis, please, consider sponsoring us. We will be happy to advertise you as much as possible on our website, inworld, and at each New World Grid event, or even provide you with a parcel inworld.
