Volunteer Program

New World Grid is a world built by its residents, for its residents ! What if you could bring your bit! We are looking for volunteers in many domains. Become a team member by filling the form below.

If you are interrested in our Volunteer program, we thank you very much for this.

New World Grid is a community based on mutual help and exchange. When you logged in for the first time, perhaps have you felt slightly lost in this new world ? Probably have you been welcomed by a person who has informed and guided you through your first steps. If it has not been the case, you would had surely appreciated to meet such a person.

For us, reception and availability are very important. Becoming a Volunteer is first agreeing to help new and older residents, according to your availability of course, knowledges and skills. This is one of the best ways, if not the best, to help New World Grid to develop, and to make it the world of your dreams. Thanks to your presence and your help, residents will both find information the easiest way and get in touch with the management team and also any other members.

The Volunteer program consists in your attendance at the Welcome reception, guiding newcomers: answering questions, indicating them the freebies (and how to take them), explaining how to teleport through the dedicated gates or through the Map, and also indicating on which parts of the site they can acquire land for free or paying, paying land being exclusively used to finance our central grid servers…

Also you can invite them to connect to the site chat and forum. The chat is a quick way to contact an administrator or to get an urgent help. The forum is an effective and preferred way to ask questions and to exchange between residents. These tools enable them to integrate into the community more easily.

The Volonteer program also includes technical and in-world projects. If you have some computer skills, you will have the opportunity to help developing projects designed to improve the New World Grid. If you have any other skills (build, clothing or attachments creation…), you can participate in ongoing in-world projects.

Being a Volunteer is not always easy, but it is something essential and rewarding that you can be proud of!

Because together we will be stronger! Because together we will make the difference!

If you have a few hours per week to devote to this program, we will welcome you with the greatest pleasure in our team.

Don’t forget you can leave the Volunteer Program at any time you wish. There is no despot at New World Grid. Out of the Volunteer Program, you are also free to contribute the way you wish of course, this program being a way to contribute more actively to New World Grid development. If you have any question, we will answer them with the greatest pleasure.
